This includes your name, email address, password, golf performance data (scores, handicap, course information), and information you share with friends and groups within the app.

How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as our hosting and database providers), with other users you choose to compete with, and in specific legal situations.
How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.
In Short: ParWay may, in the future, offer login via Sign in with Apple or other providers. If we add this, we will only receive the profile information necessary to create your account.
Our Services do not currently offer registration via third-party social media accounts. If we add this feature in the future (such as Sign in with Apple), we will only collect the profile information necessary to create and link your ParWay account, and we will use that information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Services.

The Services include an in-app "Delete Account" option in your account settings.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases as described in Section 5. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
